Growth in its client base and increasing demand for interactive services has prompted CJRW to expand its professional staff and announce promotions within the agency’s Digital Division.
CJRW is a full-service marketing, advertising, digital and public relations firm with offices in Little Rock and Northwest Arkansas. Today’s announcements include:
Elizabeth Michael has been promoted to Director of Content and Social Strategy;
Wade Austin has been named Director of Development and will oversee all website technical administration and development efforts;
Ryan Lowery has joined the agency as Web Developer;
Rachel Pipkin has joined the agency as Social Media Coordinator; and
Ike Peters moves from his copywriter position to digital copywriter/social manager where he will oversee the scheduling, implementation and monitoring elements of social campaigns.
The digital division is among CJRW’s fastest-growing service areas, having recently completed integrated marketing plans and websites for a number of clients in the education, food, professional services and construction sectors, among others.
“Elizabeth Michael and Wade Austin are tremendous talents,” said Zack Hill, vice president and director of digital services. “Both are strategic thinkers and have uncommon insight into the role digital should play in an overall marketing strategy,” he said.
Lowery previously served as a contract consultant, Web developer/software engineer for the Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Offices. In his new role as CJRW Web developer, Lowery will focus on online solutions for multiple clients. His extensive experience with diverse programming languages and Web services further expands the agency’s range of digital capabilities.
A graduate of Arkansas Tech, Pipkin will apply her digital communications expertise on behalf of the agency’s tourism, healthcare and retail clients. Pipkin served in various communications and community relations capacities prior to joining CJRW.
“These announcements are in direct response to growth in our client base and reflect our commitment to continually adapting to trends in technology and client needs,” said CJRW President Darin Gray. “They also reflect a commitment to ensure that we maximize interactive opportunities for our clients’ business growth and success.”
