Travel back with us now to the 1960s, when the Beatles were ruling the world and Mid Century Modern was simply known as modern. Two Italian brothers living in Little Rock were inventing a water jet for hot tubs that would become known worldwide by their last name—Jacuzzi.

Little Rock attorney Bill Bowen, who had written the articles of incorporation for both companies, recommended Cranford Johnson to Candido and Remo Jacuzzi to handle marketing for Jacuzzi Brothers.

Jacuzzi hot tubs became so popular, the word "Jacuzzi" is practically synonymous with the laid back lifestyle of the '70s and '80s.

In 1979, Jacuzzi Brothers was sold to a corporate conglomerate, and Remo Jacuzzi set out to start another company called Jason International, still based in Little Rock and manufacturing industry leading products that reflect the legacy of the "Jacuzzi sons" for whom the company is named.
