Steve Allen
Chief Financial Officer
Steve is responsible for management of financial-related functions including accounting, reporting, treasury, transaction services and relationships with relevant vendors.
Prior to joining CJRW, Steve spent 15 years as chief financial officer for Carlton-Bates Company, a Little Rock-based national electronics distributor. While at Carlton-Bates, he was a key participant in a successful growth strategy that included management of 10 merger and acquisition transactions, numerous financings, and the sale of the company from family ownership to a private equity firm, and later to a Fortune 500 strategic buyer.
A native of northwest Arkansas, Steve graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a major in business and accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant with licenses in Arkansas and Oklahoma, and is a member of various professional organizations. Steve serves on the board of the Downtown Little Rock Partnership.
