Wayne Cranford - Chairman Emeritus

Wayne founded the company that bears his name along with Jim Johnson in 1961, at the age of 27.  Under his leadership, it quickly grew into a regional powerhouse that played an important role in the success and growth of clients and partners such as Alltel, Entergy, Oaklawn and the state of Arkansas.

In 2008, Wayne was admitted into the inaugural class of the Southwest Advertising Hall of Fame, which also included Stanley Marcus, Stan Richards, Roger Enrico, Morris Hite and Liener Temerlin.

Across five decades, Wayne has worked with hundreds of CEOs - including seven governors.  Indeed, President Bill Clinton recognized his executive expertise by appointing Wayne to chair the President's Advisory Committtee on the Arts from 1994 to 2001.

Other executive-level positions held by Wayne include former president of the Southwestern Association of Advertising Agencies; former chairman of the Southwest Council, American Association of Advertising Agencies; and member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies' national Governmental Relations Committee.
