Kum & Go: Name This Cup
The 24-hour convenience store, Kum & Go, sought to increase in-store traffic, sales, and brand loyalty through their cup-naming summer fountain drink promotion.
Traffic was increased by targeting shoppers who regularly frequented C-stores for fountain drinks, but are not loyal to any one C-store and current customers who are not currently making fountain drink purchases. The goal was to make these consumers aware of the quality and selection of fountain drinks that Kum & Go offers.
CJRW created engaging platforms and unique creative that allowed participants to contribute to the naming of the cup, creating a sense of ownership between Kum & Go and the shoppers.
