Our love for this state is pretty clear from the first time you meet us. We love Arkansas so much, we actually pay our employees to travel around for fun through our Explore Arkansas program. In a nutshell, each employee is reimbursed up to $500 when they vacation in-state, stay at local hotels and eat at local restaurants. Not a bad setup!
