Carlie joined CJRW in 2020. This Searcy native wears many hats in her role as Digital Art Director, serving as a digital designer on the social media team, creating digital ads and content for the web team and also art directing photo and video shoots. She has a lifelong passion for design and is always on the lookout for new ideas and inspiration, and she finds it especially rewarding to complete a big project and see her work in the wild. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design.

Her favorite place to visit in the state is northwest Arkansas, where she enjoys seeing art and eating at great restaurants. When she’s not working, you can find Carlie supporting local women-owned businesses, advocating for arts programs in schools, reading, shopping, painting and cooking. She’s also passionate about traveling and is always searching for inspiration for her next vacation destination.
