Madison Dawson-Watkins joined CJRW as an Account Executive for Travel & Tourism in 2023. In her role, she works in advertising sales for Arkansas Tourism’s co-op and publication opportunities, specifically promoting the beautiful Northwest Arkansas region. She has a bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism management as well as experience in the destination management, hospitality, and food and beverage industries.

Her favorite place to visit in the state is Lake Leatherwood in Eureka Springs, where she enjoys hiking and kayaking. She also loves visiting downtown Bentonville, where you can find her exploring the farmers market.

When she’s not working, she loves to read, play tennis and basketball, write, hike with her dogs and play video games with her fiancé.
